Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only once payment has been made.

  • Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or service unless agreed in writing.

  • Any promotional offers or mini-session pricing is valid only for the advertised date and location.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of illness, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

  • If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond control, a rescheduled date or refund will be offered.

  • If the client cannot attend the rescheduled date, the booking will be forfeited and no refund provided.

Weather

  • Outdoor sessions will proceed in all workable weather conditions.

  • In unsafe or severe weather, the photographer may reschedule at their discretion.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time, prepared, and ready to begin at the scheduled start time.

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time; late arrival will result in reduced shooting time with no refund or extension.

  • Hair, makeup, wardrobe and styling are the responsibility of the client unless arranged otherwise.

Image Delivery & File Responsibility

  • Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery.

  • Galleries remain active for 30 days from delivery.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to download and safely store all images within this period.

  • After 30 days, galleries may be deleted without notice. Re-uploading files is not guaranteed and may incur an admin fee.

Editing & RAW Files

  • Images are edited in the photographer’s signature style.

  • RAW files are not supplied under any circumstance.

  • Client-applied filters or alterations to delivered images are not permitted.

Usage Rights

  • The client is granted a licence to use images for personal branding, business marketing and portfolio use.

  • Images may not be sold, licensed, used commercially for resale, or submitted to third-party stock or print platforms without written permission.

Copyright

  • The photographer retains full copyright to all images created.

  • The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing and promotional purposes unless a written request to opt out is submitted before the session.

Liability

  • The photographer is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or incident arising during or after the session.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

Conduct

  • Disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a session or making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
